Refund Policy

All payments made on number1youtuber.lol are final and non-refundable.

When you place a bid, you are paying for exposure and rank placement on the leaderboard. This includes the following scenarios — none of which qualify for a refund:

• Another user outbids you and your listing drops in rank
• You decide you no longer want to be listed
• Your listing is rejected during moderation
• You submitted incorrect information in your listing
• You bid more than you intended

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax, and payment-related inquiries.

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization (e.g. fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method), please contact Paddle's buyer support directly through the receipt email you received, or reach out to us at hello@morteza.online so we can assist.
