Refund Policy

All payments made on number1youtuber.lol are final and non-refundable.

When you place a bid, you are paying for exposure and rank placement on the leaderboard. This includes the following scenarios — none of which qualify for a refund:

• Another user outbids you and your listing drops in rank
• You decide you no longer want to be listed
• Your listing is rejected during moderation
• You submitted incorrect information in your listing
• You bid more than you intended

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe handles all payment processing and related inquiries.

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization (e.g. fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method), please contact us at hello@number1youtuber.lol so we can assist, or dispute the charge directly with your card issuer.
