Terms of Service

number1youtuber.lol ("the Service") is a pay-to-rank leaderboard operated by Morteza ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Users submit a listing (URL, handle, or product) along with a bid amount. The bid determines the listing's rank on the leaderboard — the highest bid takes the #1 spot. Anyone can outbid an existing listing at any time.

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

All payments are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All listings are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that contains spam, broken links, illegal content, misleading information, or anything we deem inappropriate — at our sole discretion.

Your rank is determined by your bid relative to others. Another user can outbid you at any time, pushing your listing to a lower rank. We do not guarantee any specific rank or duration of placement.

The Service does not require user accounts. Your Paddle payment receipt serves as proof of your listing. If you need to update or increase your bid, submit the same URL or handle again with a higher bid amount.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it on the leaderboard.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
